This article will show you how to view Volunteer Management Reports. These reports help you see how much time volunteers have spent volunteering.
There are three types of Volunteer Management reports:
- Volunteer Check-In Log by Activity: This report breaks down by activity to show the list of volunteers under the activity they volunteered for.
- Volunteer Check-In Log by Activity and User: This report breaks down to show not only the activity but also to show the volunteer and all the check-in times.
- Volunteer Check-In User Totals by Activity: This report shows the total amount of time for each volunteer in a single line to give a summary type report of the total time volunteers helped at the event or program.
Instructions
- Navigate to Activities > Volunteer Management
- Select the Reports tab
- Select a report
- Configure any desired filters
- From and To Dates: Select reports within a specific time frame
- Filters: Select Transaction, User, Check-In, and Activity Filters
- Fields: Select which fields you wish to display
- Click Refresh to apply filters
- View the report
- Select an Export option, if applicable
- Print: Print the report
- Export: Normal or Raw data
- Email: Email the report
- Schedule: Create a recurrence for auto-generated reports
- Save Custom Form: Save the form, with filters/fields, as a custom report
