You cannot void a transaction for users whose data has been manually removed from an activity. However, you can still void transactions for users who have been removed by contacting support. This article will show you how to void a transaction after manually removing someone from the class and issuing a check, refund, or user credit.



1. Contact CivicRec Support. Our CivicRec Support Specialists can do a data restore for the activity.



2. After our technical support specialists have restored activity data, you can process a refund normally and remove them from the roster.
