Inactive Reservation Status

Overview

A reservation will appear as Inactive and will not display on the calendar if it has been removed or deleted. This is so that you can refund or confirm a reservation as "present" without a restore or additional reservation. If you need to restore a transaction/reservation, you must contact support. 

 

Instructions

1.  Provide reservation details to our technical support specialists, so they can restore it
