Inactive Reservation Status

Overview

A reservation will appear as Inactive and not display on the calendar if it has been removed or deleted. This is so that you can refund or confirm a reservation as present, without a restore or additional reservation. 

If you need to restore a transaction/reservation, please provide the details and send to Support for restoration.
