Create a T-Shirt Size Prompt

This article will show you how to create a Prompt that asks for t-shirt size and attach that prompt to an activity session.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Configuration tab, select Checkout Settings, and then Prompts

  2. Select Create Prompt

  3. Fill in Prompt Settings

    • Name: Add a title for the prompt related to T-Shirt Size
    • Type: Select the Multiple Choice type
    • Category: Choose from Activity, Facility, or General
    • Options: Add items for all available shirt sizes
    • Text: Enter the question that the user must answer during registration
    • Required: Mark if it is a required prompt
    • Viewable by Instructors: Select if you wish to allow instructors to view the answer to the prompt
    • Print on Receipt: Determines whether this prompt will be printed on the receipt
    • Follows User: Only require one response per user
  4. Select any applicable locations/facilities on the Facilities tab

  5. Select any applicable activities/sessions on the Sessions tab

  6. Click Save New Prompt
