Change a Participant: Wrong Account Member Registered

If the wrong account member is registered for an event, you can change the participant to the correct account member by using the change participant feature.
Important Note
You can only transfer participants that are on the same user account. You cannot switch from one family account to another. If you must switch to a completely different account, please contact CivicRec Support for assistance.
Instructions
Search for and select a user account
Select Voids, Refunds, & Transfers
Select the Actions > Change Participant next to the Transaction you want to edit
Under Target Participant, select the participant you want to change to
Select Preview Transfer
Select Complete Transfer
