Change a Participant: Wrong Account Member Registered

Overview

When another registrant registers and on the roster for the activity other than the intended registrant, the other participant can change, without any modification on the intended registrant. 

Important Note

You can only transfer participants that are on the same user account. You cannot switch from one family account to another. If this is the issue please contact CivicRec Support for assistance. 

Instructions

  1. Search and select a user

  2. Select Voids, Refunds, & Transfers

  3. Select the Actions menu next to the Transaction that you want to edit

  4. Choose Change Participant

  5. Under Target Participant, select the participant you want to change to
    Target_Participant.png
  6. Select Preview Transfer
    Preview_Transfer.png
  7. Select Complete Transfer
    Complete_Transfer.png
