Change a Participant: Wrong Account Member Registered

 

Overview

If the wrong account member is registered for an event you can change the participant to the correct account member by using the change participant feature.

Important Note

  • You can only transfer participants that are on the same user account. You cannot switch from one family account to another. If you must switch to a completely different account, please contact CivicRec Support for assistance.

Instructions

  1. Search and select a user

  2. Select Voids, Refunds, & Transfers

  3. Select the Actions menu next to the Transaction that you want to edit

  4. Choose Change Participant

  5. Under Target Participant, select the participant you want to change to
    Target_Participant.png
  6. Select Preview Transfer
    Preview_Transfer.png
  7. Select Complete Transfer 
    Complete_Transfer.png
