If the wrong account member is registered for an event you can change the participant to the correct account member by using the change participant feature.
- You can only transfer participants that are on the same user account. You cannot switch from one family account to another. If you must switch to a completely different account, please contact CivicRec Support for assistance.
- Search and select a user
- Select Voids, Refunds, & Transfers
- Select the Actions menu next to the Transaction that you want to edit
- Choose Change Participant
- Under Target Participant, select the participant you want to change to
- Select Preview Transfer
- Select Complete Transfer
