Create Inventory Entry

Overview

Enter inventory at any location from the new POS management screen, with the convenience of UPC-scanning.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to POS Items

  2. Select Inventory By Location tab

  3. Select Add Inventory Entry

  4. Fill in fields

    • Date/Time: Optionally override the date and time of the inventory entry
    • Location: Select the location for that you want to track inventory at
    • Item: Select your previously configured POS item or select 
      • Use the UPC Scan to scan your item
    • Quantity: Enter your starting number of items
    • Notes: Enter any additional notes
  5. Select Save New Inventory Entry

Note: Please also refer to our new Inventory reports which can be located in our Report library.
