The Cart Log searches cart contents for both completed and incomplete transactions.
- The Cart Log is a record of in-house and online transactions that are not finished. This does not include transactions On-Hold or In-Progress. Staff will be able to use the Cart Log to complete transactions, per a client's request.
- Navigate to Functions > Cart Log
- Fill in search fields
- Cart Keyword: Enter the name of the participant or program to show the log for various activities
- User Keyword: Input the customer's name or a staff member who may have completed an internal transaction
- Date Range: Choose a start and end date
- Note: The default date range is the last 7 days.
- Type: Select Online and/or In-House
- Platform: Choose Mobile and/or Desktop as the platform in which the transaction was initiated
- Select Submit
- Search results appear; select Go To Checkout to proceed to checkout
