Automatic Increment Grades

 

Overview

Incrementing grades will ensure registrants have the correct and up-to-date grades on their accounts.

Important Note

  • The Grade Increment setting will only run once a calendar year (Jan-Dec) and will not run again.

Instructions

  1. Confirm Grade Requirement is set to Required
  2. Navigate to Configuration > Organization > Organization Options

  3. Locate the Automatically increment grades each year configuration setting

    • Set to YES
    • Starting On: Choose the day you want the grades to increase
      • Note: The system will do this automatically every year if you enable this setting.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Settings
