Incrementing grades will ensure registrations have the correct and up-to-date grade on their account.
The Grade Increment setting will only run once a calendar year (Jan-Dec) and will not run again.
- Confirm Grade Requirement is set to Required
- Navigate to Configuration > Organization > Organization Options
- Locate the Automatically increment grades each year configuration setting
- Set to YES
- Starting On: Choose the day you want the grades to increase
- Note: The system will do this automatically, every year, if you enable this setting.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Settings
