Incrementing grades will ensure registrants have the correct and up-to-date grades on their accounts.
Important Note
- The Grade Increment setting will only run once a calendar year (January - December) and will not run again.
Instructions
- Confirm Grade Requirement is set to Required
- Navigate to Configuration > Organization > Organization Options
- Locate the Automatically increment grades each year setting and set the value to Yes
- Starting On: Choose the day you want the grades to increase
- Note: The system will do this automatically every year if you enable this setting.

- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Settings
