Converge Hardware

This article will show you how to configure your Converge hardware.

 

Instructions

  1. Obtain hardware.
    • Note: The iSC250 device(s) must be obtained from your Converge representative since they are encrypted to your merchant account.
  2. Obtain software.
    • Note: Your Converge representative will need to provide you with the Converge Connect software.
  3. Ensure EMV is enabled on your Converge account.
  4. Contact Converge to check the Enable EMV Chips Cards box.
    • Navigate to Terminal > Advanced > System Setup > Enable EMV Chip Cards

  5. Contact CivicRec Support to enable features on your account.
