Unclose a Report

Who can use this feature?
Admin users can unclose a report. Unclosed actions will be logged within the Global Action Log.
Important Note
CivicRec is not intended to be able to unclose close outs that are older than 45 days. Any changes to close outs need to be made before they are 45 days old.
Instructions
Navigate to Financial > Close Out
Click the Report/Export History button
Click Unclose under the report
Select Ok on the pop-up that says Are you sure you want to Unclose ID #?
