We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Create Item Tags

Item Tags categorize or group certain features like activities, POS, facilities, etc., that you can use for criteria searches and assign to Catalog Tabs. Think of an Item Tag as similar to a hashtag used for social media. 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Organization > Item Tags

  2. To make a new tag, select the Create Tag button

  3. Fill in fields
    • Tag
      tag
      • Name: Give the tag a name
      • Type: Select what type of tag you want to create
      • Internal Visibility: Check to make the tag internally visible
      • Public Visibility: Check to make the tag publicly available
    • Facilities: Select which facilities to apply the tag to
      select facilities
    • Sessions: Select which activities to apply the tag to
      select sessions
  4. Select Save New Tag
