Item Tags categorize or group certain features like activities, POS, facilities, etc., that you can use for criteria searches and assign to Catalog Tabs. Think of an Item Tag as similar to a hashtag used for social media.
Instructions
- Navigate to Configuration > Organization > Item Tags
- To make a new tag, select the Create Tag button
- Fill in fields
- Tag
- Name: Give the tag a name
- Type: Select what type of tag you want to create
- Internal Visibility: Check to make the tag internally visible
- Public Visibility: Check to make the tag publicly available
- Facilities: Select which facilities to apply the tag to
- Sessions: Select which activities to apply the tag to
- Tag
- Select Save New Tag
