This article will show you how to send a report via email. The report can be included in the body of the email and/or as a download link.
The download link is unique for the report file and requires login credentials to the internal side of Recreation Management. The report will automatically download if the user is already logged into Recreation Management when clicking the link. If the user is not already logged in when clicking the link, the user will be redirected to the login screen where they can log in. Once logged in, the user can click on the email link to download the report. The link to the report will expire within 7 days.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Reports tab
- Select a report
- Select the Email Report button to email a report
- Fill in the information fields
- Email Report To: Input email recipients

Note: Separate email addresses with a comma (,).

- Email Lookup: Search for email addresses
- Include Report
- In Email Body: Include the report as body content in the email
- Exported with download link: Include the report as a download link in the email
- Email Report To: Input email recipients
- Select Send
Note: The emailed report will come from whoever is logged in at the time. Although the email says "noreply@rec1.com" individuals can still click reply and respond to the sender in this circumstance.
