This article will show you how to send a report via email. The report can be included in the body of the email and/or as a download link.
The download link is unique for the report file and requires login credentials to the internal side of CivicRec. If the user is already logged into CivicRec when clicking the link, the report will automatically download. If the user is not already logged into CivicRec when clicking the link, the user will be redirected to the login screen where they can log into CivicRec. Once logged in, the user can then click on the link in the email to download the report. The link to the report will not expire.
