Surveys allow you to receive the feedback you need to keep your customers happy. In Survey Templates, you can create, edit, preview, and remove surveys.
Instructions
- Navigate to Configuration > Templates > Survey Templates
- Select Create Survey Template
- Fill in fields
- Name: Add a name for the survey; this will only display for internal use
- Survey Type: Choose if you wish to create a Facility or Session survey
- Message: Add text to display in the email and survey page your customer receives
- Select Save New Survey Template
- Now, add questions and assign session/facilities
