Adjust Fees after Complete Transaction

 

Overview 

This article will show you how to adjust fees after a transaction.

 

Instructions

  1. Search and select the user

  2. Select Past Due > Adjust Balance

  3. Make adjustment to the desired item

    • Old Balance Due: What the balance due currently is
    • New Balance Due: What you want to change the balance due to
    • Due On: When the balance will be due by
    • Enter Comments Here: Enter additional notes, if needed

  4. Click Submit
    select_submit_to_adjust_balance.jpg

  5. A receipt will populate to show the sale with documentation options

    • Export Options

      • Email: Emails receipt to the email address on the customer's account
      • Print: Allows customer to print the receipt
      • Thermal: Allows the receipt to be print on thermal receipt paper
