This article will show you how to view Receipt options in the Transaction Browser.
Instructions
- Navigate to Financial > Transaction Browser
- Select filters
- Locations: Select locations
- Payment Type: Select payment types
- Account: Search and select any user
- Transaction From: Enter the start date for results
- Transaction To: Enter the end date for results
- Receipt #: Enter a receipt number, if applicable
- Show Voids: Select to show void transactions in addition to valid transactions
- Click Refresh Results to apply filters to search results
- Click on the Receipt # to view editing options
- Note: You can click Void to invalidate a receipt. View our article Void a Transaction in Transaction Browser for more information.
- Navigate through the tabs
- Receipt: Displays the receipt
- Email: View or change the email address
- Receipt: Choose to email, print, or thermal print (on receipt paper)
- Transaction Edit: Edit transaction settings
- Receipt Location: Select a location
- User/Account: Select a user
- Employee: Select an employee
- Notes: Enter any notes
- Select Save Transaction to save any changes
- GL Edit: Edit general ledger settings
- Payment Code: Select the payment code
- Edit the Amount paid, the Cost Center, and Revenue Code
- Select Save GL to save changes
- Receipt: Displays the receipt
- Select Close to exit the Transaction window
