The CivicRec Facility Calendar is a powerful tool that allows staff members to quickly view and create reservations at any of the organization's facilities. This article is a brief description of how to filter the calendar to show specific facilities and event types.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Facilities > Calendar
   
   
2. Navigate to Filter toolbar
   

Filter Options

• Locations: View Calendar by selected facility/facilities
  
• Programs: View Calendar by selected program(s)
  
• Tags: Select a type of tag to view on the Calendar
  
• Types: Select a reservation type
  
  
  • Internal Reservations: View only reservations made internally by staff
  • Customer Reservations: View only reservations made online by customers
  • Activity Schedules (Reserved): View calendar of activities scheduled in facilities that are reserved
  • Activity Schedules (Non-Reserved): View calendar of activities scheduled in facilities that are not reserved
  • Membership Schedules: View membership schedules
  • League Games: View calendar of scheduled league games
  • Closures: View calendar of facility closures
  • Pending Reservations: View all pending reservations for a facility
  • Price Estimates: View calendar of price estimates
  • Post-Rental Buffers: View calendar of post-rental buffers
• Export: Download as an Excel spreadsheet
  
  
  • Export Current View: Export the current version of the calendar
  • Create Feed: View our article Export Facility Calendar to Google Calendar
• Print: Select to print a hard copy of the calendar
  
• Refresh: Select to apply filters
  
• Voided: Select to include void reservations
  
• View Options
  • Events: Standard calendar view
    
    
    
  • Availability: Shows what is available at a given time and location
    
  • Schedule: See what events are occurring at facilities in a time-based format
    
    • Note: The Print option is not available on this view.
