Create Program Periods

Overview

To successfully complete an activity session set-up, you should also create the time period (Program Period) in which the program session will be available for registration, such as Fall 2015 or Spring 2016.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Activities > Program Periods

  2. Click Create Program Period to create a new program period

  3. Fill in fields

    • Label (required): Name of session
    • Registration Starts: Enter in Date and Time that the registration begins
    • Registration Ends: Enter in Date and Time that the registration finishes
    • Sessions Start (required): Note the date the sessions start
    • Sessions End (required): Note the date the sessions end
    • Show Period Online: Enable this option to show all sessions that are online-enabled and that belong to this program period in the online catalog
      • Note: By disabling this option, sessions that belong to this program period will not show on the online catalog.
  4. Select Save New Program Period

    Very helpful.
    It would be great to have a Non-Resident registration date as an option to this feature to save typing it in each time.

    Any updates on this change to add a non resident registration date to the Program period creation. Also a member start date would be great.
