Edit a Shared Roster

 

Overview

This article will show you how to edit a Shared Roster.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Activities > Shared Rosters

  2. Select the Edit tool next to a shared rosterselect_edit_nex_to_a_shared_roster.jpg

  3. Edit Shared Roster Settings tab

    • Shared Roster Name: A basic label describing this shared roster; it will be visible in various areas of CivicRec
    • Max Participants: Maximum amount of participants in this shared roster

  4. Navigate to Sessions tab

  5. Select Assign Sessions

  6. Choose sessions to include in the shared roster
    choose_additional_sessions_to_include_in_shared_roster.jpg

  7. Select Add Selected Sessions 
    select_add_selected_sessions_to_add_additional_sessions.jpg

  8. Select Save Item to finalize edits
    select_save_item_to_save_shared_roster_edits.jpg
