Non-Membership Auto-Billing Overview


Auto-Billing is supported for non-membership registrations, via payment plans. Payment Plans let you build a list of payment installments and decide whether or not the Payment Plan allows or requires auto-billing. 

Once someone signs up for a program and selects a Payment Plan, their card goes on file and each of those installments (which are set up as balances due on their account) will bill to that card automatically on the due date unless it was pre-paid ahead of time.

Cards on file and auto-billing for any balances due in the system can be managed in the A/R Center
